A Winner in Plain View

winning draw ticket was pulled from our ticket box on Friday, Nov. 13 at 2:45 p.m.
The winner of our $100 gift certificate is Gord Howorth. Congratulations, Gord!
The winning ticket was drawn by Harvey Fineman, above,  who graciously agreed to take the time out from setting up in the Art and Collectibles Sale at the Unitarian Church this past weekend. He selected the ticket from literally hundreds that were in the box, collected from all the In Plain View studios around the city.
Gord can use this gift certificate towards the purchase of a work of art from one of the 30 artists who participated in the tour.
More good news! - we will be holding another draw following the next tour on the first weekend of December - 5&6. So plan on coming out for that. The more studios you visit on the tour, the more chances you will have to win.

Everyone is welcome and the price is free! Just join a group of friends, or go solo, get in your car or put on your walking shoes and go on a cultural journey. See where art is made. Support your local creative neighbours. Find that perfect totally original gift.

The tour maps are available on our website. Just hit the map link at the top of the home page and you can download and print out the numbered list of artist venues, and print out each district numbered maps. Then you are all set.
